INTUITIVE PAINTING AND YOGA UNITED

Whether you're a beginner or a pro, you can paint. Yes, you! Intuitive painting awakens the child within you. You are allowed to be creative without being judged. At the same time, it offers you the wonderful opportunity to resist the urge to control everything. Paint with your fingers, blindfolded, let yourself go, dance, let go, and trust. The most beautiful thing is to share creativity, and believe me, it's contagious! Be brave and curious to discover yourself anew, make space for your inner voice, and surrender to your life. Follow the path of your heart. I look forward to sharing all my creative secrets, having fun, and giving you a wonderful experience.

Cost overview:

Seminar fee: CHF 880.-

Material costs: CHF 380.-

Included: two canvases, 80 cm x 80 cm, various high-quality paints from the brand Golden, paper, brushes, stencils, sprays, three lunches, drinks, and snacks.

Please bring:

Colors and various painting supplies if available

Appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor painting and crafting

Maximum number of participants: 6 people.
